Amaran Tarnoff, M.A.,
M.F.T, is the creator and director of
The Results Support Programs, an
open to the public program focusing on
personal as well as professional
development, and has been developing and
teaching the Inquiry Process for over
nineteen years as a professional coach.
He has used the Inquiry Process as a coach with a large number of corporate employees including those of Levi Strauss & Co., City of San Francisco Bureau of Public Works, LAM Research, Cisco Systems, and the National Association of Realtors, and offers courses in the process to the Northern California Human Resources Council, Support Center for Nonprofit Management, LifePrint, formerly known as Alumnae Resources, the College of Marin, San Francisco State University, and The Esalen Institute. He served as Senior Vice President of Training with the educational company Playfair, Inc.
Mr. Tarnoff has taught the course: Leadership, Coaching, and Communication Skills at the The University of California at Berkeley Extension, Department of Business and Management, and presently teaches The Inquiry Process As a Coaching Tool through the Life Coaching Certificate Program at JFK University. He has been a practicing Marriage and Family Therapist since 1982. Currently, he is writing a book, The Inquiry Process: Learning Together to Produce Results.
