The Inquiry Process As a Coaching Tool delivers a communication tool called the Inquiry Process, a method of communicating designed to break through the barriers that keep people from the results they want. It will provide the tools that transform life into a continuous learning process - as participants learn how to coach and be coached to produce results.

In this course people learn what are the most powerful questions - the questions which will empower people to move past their barriers to the results they want. Additionally, participants learn how to ask the right questions - to ask them in a way that produces results and creates partnership at the same time.

In this course participants learn how to:

Bullet Coach others effectively
Bullet Manage from support instead of “authority and control”
Bullet Ask questions instead of “having all the answers”
Bullet Learn how to become Supportable
Bullet Discover a new way to Listen
